With the New Year here, I’m certain I’m not the only one with health goals and resolutions for this year. With that in mind I wanted to share my Sunny Health & Fitness treadmill review. Specifically, this is a review of the Sunny Health & Fitness SF-T7515 Treadmill.
Let me start off by saying that this treadmill review is in no way sponsored, endorsed or solicited by Sunny Health & Fitness. I wanted to share this treadmill review because when I purchased this treadmill last year, I was torn between different brands and models, and ultimately chose the Sunny Health & Fitness SF-T7515 because of the cost (mid-range), size, features, and what few reviews I could find on it.
It took me a few weeks to make the purchase, but I am certainly happy that I did, and I’m about to tell you why! My main reason for sharing my review is to hopefully, help others who are on the fence about getting a new treadmill and finding one that fits their budget and their needs. Best of all, this one can be purchased on the Sunny Health & Fitness website and Amazon {which is great incase you need to put it on your Amazon card or make payments}.
So, what are we waiting for? Lets get started with checking out the Sunny Health & Fitness SF-T7515 Treadmill!
Review of the Sunny Health & Fitness Treadmill SF-T7515
I’ve had the Sunny Health & Fitness SF-T7515 treadmill for about 6 months now. So far, I love it. While I would love to be outdoors and running (okay, jogging and walking), it’s not really an option for me in our rural area. Additionally, I don’t want to leave Kate at home, and I’d prefer for her not out jogging/walking onside of the road with me. Having the treadmill also gives me the opportunity to get my steps and cardio in any time of day – even when we have 100+ degree weather here in Florida or it’s raining. Having the treadmill is both convenient, and leaves me with no opportunity for excuses for why I can’t get my cardio in.

My Favorite Things About the Treadmill
My favorite things about the Sunny Health & Fitness treadmill SF-T751 is that it has that full-size feel. I didn’t want a dinky treadmill (not that there is anything wrong with that), but I also couldn’t afford a $2,000+ treadmill like you would find at the gym.
This one was the perfect fit. It has the full-size feel, but with the tap of a toe, the bottom folds up to save space, and yet, it still has all the bells and whistles of a full size treadmill and the features I was looking for such as, a digital screen with stats, heart rate monitor, workout presets/programs, and electric incline (so it moves with a button and I don’t have to stop, get off, manually raise and lower it, and then start back over.)
In addition to the features that I was looking for (mentioned above) it also has Bluetooth and built-in speakers and a mic, which I use more than I thought I would. The built-in ledge/tray for holding my phone, table, book, or other slim objects, is great because I can watch videos, make calls, and read while using the treadmill and staying hands-free. The cup holders are also nice because it holds my water bottle allowing me to hydrate without having to stop my workout to go grab my water bottle.
Delivery, Packaging & Assembly
Once it arrived a few days later, it came in a large cardboard box and needed to be partially assembled. It was heavy, and should have required a second person to bring up the steps, but luckily the delivery guy helped me get it on the porch, and then I was able to slide it into the house. (I was anxious and thought I was Hercules… don’t be like me – wait for someone to help, if possible.)
The main treadmill was already assembled, but the upper section had to be lifted and secured with screws, and I think there were a few minor covers to put on. Lastly, I had to oil the belt, which they provided a bottle of belt oil and directions, and after about 20 minutes, I had it plugged in and running. (No pun intended.) It was super easy to put together, but having a second person would have made it easier to hold the arms up while I was adding in the screws.
Where to Purchase the Sunny Health & Fitness SF-T7515 Treadmill
I ordered it directly from the Sunny Health & Fitness website and Amazon simply because their site showed it arriving a day sooner, and I was anxious to get it in. The price at the time was comparable, within a dollar or two, so arrival time was my main factor in deciding where to order it from. Where you purchase it from will really depend on your preference or whether or not you might need to make payments on a larger purchase using Amazon’s payment features.
Sunny Health & Fitness Treadmill SF-T7515 Costs
Okay, so aside from being a “full-size” treadmill, cost was another factor for me as previously mentioned. I don’t remember the exact price when I bought mine, but it was just under $500. A full-size treadmill with this many features with in the $400-range is fantastic. Don’t believe me? Go shop and compare. Be sure to read reviews as well… compare the features and reviews with the costs (and longevity based on reviews) and you will be quite surprised. More expensive does not always mean better!
My Overall Review of the Treadmill
Overall, I have really enjoyed the Sunny Health & Fitness treadmill SF-T7515 and would recommend it to anyone looking for a full-size treadmill that is sturdy, has many features, and yet folds up to save space when needed. It’s like have a “big treadmill” in terms of use, but a “small treadmill” in terms of storage and saving space! It is very durable, quiet, has shock absorption to protection your joints, while also protecting your floors and reduce noise.
